Peace from pain

I'm a home maker happily living with two kids. girl of 2 years old and a boy of 1 year old. both were charming , watching them grew blows away even the thoughts of those pains i had at the time of delivery. its a pain but a peace prevailed along with that feeling. many people will say "only when you become mother you'll know that feeling!" yes i did. when i was at home after rushing my husband to get to work on time and after i sent him, i feel drowsy and sat on the chair for a moment then i gradually end up vomiting.i thought it as a normal allergic vomit get to hospital when the doctor asked me "shall we take a pregnancy test?" i was struck i.e, i had a feeling of happiness and pride and i don't know to explore it! doc shake me off then i took the pregnancy test.

I was told to wait outside and told results will be within 5 minutes, in that gap mind was roaming like "shall i call my hubby? or my mum? or my sister? while I'm on the call results came shall we tell doc to tell my hubby I'm pregnant through phone?" likewise lots of thoughts running ahead. suddenly one nurse on my side said "CONGRATULATIONS" i almost fainted with the surprise gift of being mum.

I called my husband told things he was ultimately happy to be a dad, then he came to pick me up then we gone to my mum home there every one is there my husband called whole family to gather at my mum's home, my parents,2 sisters, 1 brother, my parents-in-law , sister's and brother's-in-law, my closest friends and his closest friends it was like a baby shower, i was drenched in their care and happiness.

From the first week till six months i had a heavy vomit and a hated eating gradually, fainting a lot, tiredness, long hours of sleep,body pain for both the kids, if i take medicines it causes drying of lips mostly Allopatic or homeopathic none of the medicines worked out for me so i found some home remedies which helped me a lot.

Greenish vegetables, citrus fruits always helps to reduce the vomiting and other disturbances.should avoid fennel seeds and all types of grams except almond intake totally as it will cause vomiting more.should add in food all types of grams.should take five to six pieces of almond with empty stomach after intake of 200 ml of water both morning and evening daily till 8 months as well as intake dry grapes too it'll nourish the proteins it'll make both mother and child healthy.
