I Got My Period One Week Early

I got my period one week early, am I pregnant? I am wondering if this might be pregnancy implantation bleeding or is my period just irregular due to all of my baby-making worries.

I have been trying to get pregnant for six months now and every month I get disappointed. What is a sure way to know if I am experiencing a pregnancy symptom or not? I hope my mind is not playing tricks on me with a period one week early.

The flow is lighter than usual, but sometimes that happens to me during my regular monthly menstrual cycles too. My cycle has come later than the usual 28 to 35 days, but it has never come early. The first day of my last period was 23 days ago and today I am spotting. It has a little brownish color to it, and I am not having any cramps. Is it too soon to have any implantation signs?
