How soon can you tell your pregnant

How soon can you tell if your pregnant after conception? We have been trying to have a baby for almost a year now and I have spent a small fortune in home pregnancy tests. I have been fooled before because some of my normal period symptoms resemble the same symptoms of pregnancy.

Is there any sure way to know if I was successful this time. I heard that most popular conception date in America because of New Year's Eve celebrations. And we sure did celebrate ourselves. But today is only January 3rd and I am full of anticipation. Should I just wait a while?

Some women have no pregnancy symptoms for a few months NEW

Some women have no pregnancy symptoms for months before they find out that they're pregnant. It happened to my mother when she carrying my little sister. She didn't find out she was pregnant until she six months along.

It may sound unbelievable, but she had PCOS, which causes some women to have late and irregular periods, as well as a harder time getting pregnant because the eggs don't reach the necessary growth each month in order to be fertilized. I know a little about it because I have it to. Go figure.

Well she told us that it wasn't too out of the ordinary for her to go 3 to 6 months and not see her period. Then when it did come it would be very heavy and last for more than a wee, sometimes 2 to 3 weeks. So it really depends on the pregnancy signs your body gives you, what you actually pick up on, and missing your period is not always an indicator for some women.

I would wait at least another week or so before taking a pregnancy test. Even if you do have a fertilized egg traveling down your fallopian tube implantation hasn't happened yet. And if that doesn't happen then there is no official pregnancy.

I know it's so hard to do when you want a baby so bad, but if I were you I would wait at LEAST another week. I hope you are pregnant though.
