The earliest possible signs of pregnancy are not the same for every woman because of their variations in intensity and duration.

Putting on more weight is a normal physical change for a pregnant woman. This in turn leads to dull ache and high temperature. Usually body temperatures are noted for some 2-3 weeks and if it continues then definitely the body is undergoing a rigorous change, the cause most likely being pregnancy. This symptom is mostly experienced during the first month of pregnancy.

One of the most uncommon yet earliest possible signs of pregnancy is implantation bleeding which occurs within the first week after the fertilization takes place. This is traced in the form of bleeding and spotting when the fertilized egg is implanted in the uterus. Once implantation is done means pregnancy is confirmed. Again this may not be experienced by all the pregnant women.

Apart from the various physical changes, a pregnant woman may also experience various emotional ups and downs. This, in fact, is a very crucial factor and is also considered as one of the most important earliest possible signs of pregnancy. Pregnant women usually feel to have mixed emotions; happy, nervous and anxious at the same time for the new responsibility.
