Can you tell when the embryo is embedding in your uterus

Can you tell when the embryo is embedding in your uterus?

I am in the process of in vitro fertilization. The doctor transferred the thawed out embryo 5 days ago and I have not felt anything different going on in my body. They advised me not to take a home pregnancy test before 10 days are up because the hormones that I am taking may give me a false positive.

But I am a little worried. I know that not all when experience all implantation signs but I am not having any symptoms at all. Is this going to take or will I end up needing to do another cycle? This is so stressful, and that's what I'm supposed to be staying away from right now. Any other people who struggled to get pregnant have any suggestions for me?

Some women don't have any indication NEW

Some women don't have any indication that embedding is occurring or has occurred. It just depends on your on body and it may be different with each pregnancy. I also went through in vitro fertilization in order to have a baby. They put back two embryos on the 3rd day after retrieval of the eggs.

I had absolutely no signs alerting me as to whether one or both of them had "burrowed" in my uterine lining. But after my second pregnancy test the doctor gave me the wonderful call that I was pregnant! It wasn't until my first sonogram at 7 weeks pregnant did they see and confirm that I was carrying twins. So even with two lives forming inside of me I had no cramping, bleeding, spotting, discomfort of any sort at all. So try to hold out for your waiting period and think positive thoughts. Good luck.
