Can you have a false negative pregnancy blood test result

Is it possible to have a false negative pregnancy blood test result?

I know that they are more reliable and accurate the the regular home pregnancy test that you buy at your local drugstore, but could they be wrong? I am probably just grabbing for things in the dark here, but I do FEEL pregnant even though every test is telling me I'm not. Is it really just in my head? Have other women experienced soemthing similar to this?

I just wanted to know if this could happen?
I had 2 embryos transferred and I got a negative pregnancy blood test result. After I stopped taking my pill as the Dr said, I got that time of the month, but I still feel all as if one embryo could have made it and not the other?
