Can a woman feel when she gets pregnant right away? I am a guy asking this question. I have been seeing this girl for a few weeks now and last night she told me that she could just feel that I got her pregnant. I like her and everything but I haven't even considered having kids with her.

Is a woman's body really that quick. Is she actually experiencing pregnancy signs or just she just want to be pregnant?

Some women claim that they can feel when they conceive right away. I think it's more positive/wishful thinking more than anything else. Maybe she just really wants to have a baby so bad that she is visualizing that what you and her did will result in a baby.

Pregnancy doesn't work that quickly. Even if she does end up pregnant, there will be no signs of pregnancy until after or during implantation, which takes at least a week after your sperm fertilizes her egg. Without implantation in the uterus there is no successful pregnancy.

Oh yeah, and use a condom if you're not ready to be a father!
I think she's lying

I think she is lying to you. It sounds like she may already know that she is pregnant and wants to put the blame on you. Maybe you are better "baby Daddy" material than the other dude. How long have you known this girl? Do you trust her? Have you met her family or talked to any of her friends yet? It sounds pretty fishy to me.
