When we are very near to birth bleeding will be continuous and a pain of interval will become a continuing pains till the birth of the child. to avoid extreme pains there are yogasanas at the beginning stages of pregnancy opt for any yoga which involves only standing postures than twisting and all , will complicate the growth as well as birth.
With the less stressing, pushing, stretching and all should be avoided it'll cause a imposition of infant which will make a normal delivery as surgical one.
While at the time of delivery pain will be worse like a knife has been stabbed at each and every vein in your body its really really painful , but to give a birth to a pearl we had to cross he test of pain to pass and get the results of kid right.
After four hours of screaming and tearing apart doc pulled out a gift out of me my baby. while screaming i thought not to lose the time of the birth of my kid but when i saw him i forgot the time to note it, it's just a wonderful feeling it can only be experienced it cannot be expressed in words.
All was to relax at the time of delivery when you are at the peak of stress the time will extend. so try to be peace-full.
When baby was cleansed i get in my hands it was I'm climbing Kilimanjaro mountains and my hubby was a strong man but he and myself cried don't know why? but it came a lot! when i first touched her hands all the pain i had faded out in a minute.
Now-a-days many youngsters are scared to give birth to a kid and raise a family but in this world the only thing that completes and compliments women is being a mother.
