When you are in week 29 the fetus age is actually 27 weeks. Your fetal age is always two weeks behind your gestational age. Right now your baby weighs about 2 pounds and 12 ounces (1.25kg). Its length from crown to rump is about 10 and a half inches (26cm). But the total length if outside the womb would be about 16 3/4 inches (37cm).
